Guardian copy desk makes two big gaffes in Atwood Jemisin story: 1. the quote below Atwood's photo is actually NK's quote and 2. an "atomic typo'' which spellcheck cannot "see" has author writing ''The writers THEM turned to the process of writing imaginatively.

The writers them turned to the process of writing imaginatively. Jemisin likes the freedom that world building allows, letting her set up unique un-Earthly axioms, as in her latest book The Fifth Season. On the other hand, Atwood was quick to add that she doesn’t make anything up, per se.
