Sharing in this season of darkness turning toward light…
This quote by Mythologist Michael Meade:
An old idea suggests that each person comes to life at a time when they have something to give to the world. That sense of soulful giving and healing may be more needed now than ever before. Healing is a revolutionary act and we have chosen to live at a time when culture needs to be reimagined and nature needs to be healed. We are here to awaken to the true nature of our own souls and to make more soul in the world.
And this reminder about my upcoming workshop (for those of you in Sonoma County):
Grounding Your 2016 New Year's Intentions,
with Visual Journaling and the Laguna
A perfect way for you to begin charting your soul path for the coming year.
Saturday, January 30, 10:00am-4:00pm
Heron Hall, Laguna Environmental Center
900 Sanford Road, Santa Rosa, CA
$65, Pre-registration required
Each January, our world hums with the energy of New Year’s intentions. Yet, within a few weeks, too many of these intentions dissolve in the commotion of our busy lives. Make plans now to ground your New Year’s Intention through creative expression and nature connection with the Laguna.
In this day of creative exploration, you’ll learn practices to root your intention, finding fresh ways to weave it into the fabric of your life. We’ll be using Visual Journaling – a way of opening and deepening relations between yourself and the world, charting your path through life and listening to what the natural world wants to tell you. During this season of stillness and replenishment, moving toward the fresh beginnings of Spring, this day will offer you meaningful and enjoyable practices you can carry with you to nurture and grow your intention throughout the new year.
Please share with others you feel may be interested.
For those of you outside Sonoma County, I offer services through phone or skype.
I welcome hearing from you.
