The Road finally gets a release date! The film was once scheduled for November 2008 but it was postponed because of lengthy post-production due to creative diffences among studo execs and audience apathy at test screenings. Hopefully, all is fixed now.
The Weinstein Company is now scheduling The Road for October 16, 2009.
