Climate fiction (or cli-fi) is certainly nothing new in SF, but no prizes for guessing why we’re seeing more of it these days—and are likely to be reading it for years to come. One that will hit shelves early next year is Clade by James Bradley (Wrack), coming in September 2017 from Titan Books, and  we’re showing off the cover here.

Available in September (assuming we’re all still living above the waterline by then, Clade is a matter-of-fact tale of people trying to survive during the slow collapse of the environmental apocalypse. There’s beauty in the breakdown, and the cover, designed by Julia Lloyd, is beautiful too…
